Is it normal to eat meat daily?
In certain parts of the world, it is common to eat meat/fish daily, but many people only eat meat once a week, and there are vegetarians who do not eat meat at all.
From a biological perspective, it is healthy for humans to eat meat, but in limited quantities - two to three times a week is sufficient.
Fish and chicken tend to be healthier than red meat (beef, pork, lamb, goat, etc). Overeating meat will lead to health problems like heart disease.
